Operational insights

When the business grows, but apps slow down performance

If you find yourself in at least two of the situations below, it's time to move to an integrated ERP solution.

Stock figures do not match

Balances in the software differ from what is in the warehouse, and every stock count reveals new discrepancies.

Reports are built by hand

Data is pulled together from several files and programs, and the monthly report takes days rather than hours.

Receivables live in spreadsheets

It is not immediately clear who owes what and since when — overdue payments are noticed too late.

The same data is entered several times

Orders, invoices and accounting entries are recorded in different programs, with a risk of errors at every step.

The business depends on a few people

Critical information sits in individual spreadsheets — when those people are away, the process stops.

No complete financial picture

Management cannot quickly see profit, cash flow and margin by product or customer.

The solution

Business Central connects all your company’s processes in one system

Follow a single order: each step is recorded once, and the data flows automatically into accounting and management reports.

  1. 1

    Purchase

Purchase orders in lei or foreign currency, with prices, terms, and commercial conditions managed in a single system.

  2. 2

    Receipt

Receive the goods and calculate the total purchase cost by automatically including shipping, customs, and handling fees.

  3. 3

    Warehouse

Complete visibility over inventory, with real-time updated information for every warehouse and location.

  4. 4

    Sale

The sales order reserves goods; shipment and invoice are created from the same order.

  5. 5

    Payment

The payment is matched to the invoice; receivables and due dates are always up to date.

  6. 6

    Reporting

Accounting entries are posted automatically — profit, margin and cash flow without manual collection.

In the demo we walk through this flow in the system, using a scenario close to your business.

Adaptation to local legislative and tax requirements

Implementation aligned with local requirements

We communicate openly what works as standard, what needs analysis, and what must be technically validated before being included in the solution.

Standard in Business Central

Foreign currency operations

Lei, euro, dollars: exchange rates, revaluation and exchange differences.

Needs analysis

Accounting under SNC

Chart of accounts, accounting policies, and financial reporting set up in line with the National Accounting Standards.

Needs analysis

VAT and tax reporting

VAT registers and the data required for tax returns.

Needs analysis

Local primary documents

Tax invoices, delivery notes and other documents in the locally used formats.

Needs technical verification

e-Factura

Needs technical verification

Banks

Import of bank statements and export of payment orders in the banks’ formats.

Updates on legislative changes

We follow legislative changes relevant to accounting and taxation and explain how they can be reflected in the system: what changes, what needs configuring and how it affects processes and costs.

The process

A clear plan — from analysis to go-live

Each stage has a concrete outcome, clear roles and a checkpoint before moving on.

  1. Process analysis

We look at the company's current processes, figure out the priorities, and define the scope of the implementation project.

  2. Setting up the system according to business requirements

We set up Business Central according to the company's processes: chart of accounts, business documents, warehouses, operational workflows, and user access rights.

  3. Preliminary data migration in the testing environment

We move data into a test environment and check that it is correct.

  4. Testing

Key users test and validate real work scenarios, from orders and daily operations to reports and management indicators.

  5. Training

We train every employee for the tasks of their role.

  6. Go-live

The final data migration and the launch of Business Central in production, with the transfer of daily operations to the new ERP system.

  7. Optimization and operational support

We stay with users after the launch and keep developing the system as the business grows.

Frequently Asked Questions

The essential questions before implementing Business Central

We answer these questions before asking you to make a decision. Because a successful implementation starts with clear expectations and accurate information.

How much will it cost in the end?

The budget depends on concrete factors: the number of users, the software you use today, data quality, the number of warehouses and legal entities, integrations and required customisations. We show you the full cost structure — licences, implementation, migration, training, additional solutions and support — before any contract is signed.

Will our business have to stop?

We never switch systems overnight. First we migrate test data, verify the results with your key users and train the team — only then do we set the go-live date, usually at the start of an accounting period. We commit to specific timelines after a preliminary analysis, rather than promising everyone the same two-week launch.

Will our employees manage to work in the new system?

We configure roles and work scenarios for each position: accountant, sales manager, warehouse keeper, director. Training uses your company data, and our consultants stay close to the users during the first weeks after go-live.

Who is responsible for the system after implementation?

The support agreement defines what is included, working hours, how requests are logged and the response times. It also sets out who is responsible for changes, updates and integrations.

Can we trust the system with our data?

We explain where the data is hosted, who has access and with which rights, how backups are made and how the system is restored. We are also open about the limits of the chosen configuration — no promises of “absolute protection”.

First step

Start from the business processes, not from licenses

As part of the initial consulting process, we work together to determine:

  • How current processes work and where time, resources, and growth opportunities are being lost.
  • What problems need to be solved first to support the company's growth.
  • The parameters of a possible implementation: goals, scope, deadlines, and budget.
